01
No Universal Third Party Authentication Promise
Every item is assessed by Luxury Reborn, but third party authentication is item specific. The exact listing identifies an authentication service only where that work is completed, and a certificate of authenticity or verification record is supplied only when Inclusions lists it.
02
No Document Proves Authenticity by Itself
Receipts, boxes, cards and service records can provide useful context, but the physical item remains the focus of assessment.
03
No Guaranteed Seller Outcome
An online submission does not guarantee acceptance, an Instant Payout, a consignment price or a sale timeframe. Final decisions follow the applicable checks.
04
No Universal Change-of-Mind Return
Eligible full-price bags, wallets and selected accessories may qualify, and the buyer must start the request within seven calendar days after carrier-recorded delivery. Watches, jewellery, shoes, ready-to-wear and items sold at a reduced price are excluded. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected.
05
No Guaranteed Estimate
Dispatch, delivery and specialist-assessment timeframes are estimates. Item complexity, payment clearance, carriers and location can affect timing.
06
No Promised Future Value
Purchase price, future demand, condition and selling costs can change a later result. No item is promised to retain value or generate a profit.
