How It Works
Submit clear photographs and item information.
Luxury Reborn decides which options suit the item. We normally offer both when both are suitable, but may offer only one after assessment.
Review the option or options before deciding.
Tracked shipping guidance is provided after you proceed.
Once all required inspection and authentication are complete and the Instant Payout is finally approved, payment is usually processed within 24 hours and may take up to 48 hours. For Consignment, Luxury Reborn markets and sells your approved item on your behalf, then processes your agreed payout after the completed sale and buyer return period.

To help us prepare an accurate quote, provide the brand, model/style, size, colour and current condition. Describe any odour, wear and tear, damage, restoration, recolouring, repairs, alterations or replacement parts. Include the year or approximate age and original inclusions, if known. Tell us if you are unsure of a detail rather than guessing.
Upload the required photos. We’ll review your item and offer Instant Payout, Consignment or both, where suitable.
Selling Options
Luxury Reborn offers both Consignment and Instant Payout. With Consignment, we market and sell your item on your behalf. With Instant Payout, we buy your item directly for an individually assessed net offer. Submit once; we will confirm whether one or both options suit your item.
With Consignment, your payout is the final selling price less the agreed fees. Instant Payout is our offer to buy your item directly. Your personalised quote explains the available options and how much you would receive before you decide.
Best for a faster, direct sale.
Once all required inspection and authentication are complete and the Instant Payout is finally approved, payment is usually processed within 24 hours and may take up to 48 hours.
Best for a potential higher return.
Consign with Luxury Reborn and let us handle the photography, product listing, advertising and buyer enquiries. Your approved piece is showcased on our website to buyers browsing secondhand luxury across Australia, helping people looking for your brand, model or style discover it.
Marketing is included in our consignment service, with no separate advertising charge. You don’t need to create listings, organise promotion or manage buyer messages. We handle the selling process for you.
Your Consignment Payout
Your payout depends on the agreed final sale price. These standard rates apply to new or revised Consignment Agreements from the effective date in our Terms and Conditions. All amounts below are in Australian dollars.
Consignment selling prices are agreed in whole Australian dollars, with no cents. Consignment is available only when the expected final sale price is at least $350. From $350 to $750 inclusive, Luxury Reborn deducts a flat $150 fee and you receive the rest of the sale price. An existing consignment remains governed by its signed item-specific agreement unless Luxury Reborn and the seller agree to a written revision. Instant Payout does not use a fixed percentage; your quote provides one direct net offer.
If your item sells for A$5,000 under the standard 90% tier, Luxury Reborn's fee is A$500 and your payout is A$4,500 before any separate agreement costs.
This is an illustration of the fee calculation, not a valuation or promised sale price for your Hermès. Instant Payout is a separate net offer based on your exact item.

Show the bag in its natural shape, including the base, corners, handles or strap and interior. Photograph any softened structure, marks or worn edges. List the accessories that remain with the bag; missing packaging can be declared in the form for individual review.

Seller FAQs
Practical answers for designer bags sellers.
Advertised prices are asking prices, so they do not always reflect a completed sale or the amount a seller receives. We assess the model, condition, original inclusions and current resale evidence for your item. Your quote explains the available selling options, agreed fees and amount you would receive before you decide.

Luxury Reborn considers Hermès bags, wallets, scarves and selected accessories when the item has suitable resale demand and likely value. Every piece is reviewed for its exact model, material, condition and current Australian market.
No. Recent examples may achieve stronger prices when all other details are comparable, but desirable vintage, discontinued, rare or provenance-rich pieces can be exceptions. Age is considered with model, size, leather, colour, condition and demand.
Model, size, construction, leather, colour, hardware, blind stamp where present, handle and corner wear, structure and restoration history are important. Photograph each detail clearly without altering or cleaning the item first.
List only what is actually supplied and appropriate to the model, such as a strap, lock, keys, clochette, raincoat, felt, dust bag, box or receipt. Missing inclusions do not automatically prevent assessment, but completeness can affect marketability.
Submit your item once and review the available option or options before deciding.
