Luxury Resale, Instant Payout and Consignment
90% on qualifying final sale prices of A$4,001 or more. Standard consignment rates apply.
Approval and payment timing are confirmed individually after receipt and specialist checks.
Submit your Rolex Datejust, Submariner or another selected Rolex watch for an individual assessment. Luxury Reborn reviews the reference, configuration, condition, service history and available box and papers. Final approval and payment timing are confirmed individually after the required physical inspection and specialist checks.
How It Works
Submit clear photographs and item information.
Luxury Reborn decides which options suit the item. We normally offer both when both are suitable, but may offer only one after assessment.
Review the option or options before deciding.
Tracked shipping guidance is provided after you proceed.
Watch approval and payment timing is confirmed individually after all required inspection, authentication and specialist checks are complete. The usual 24 to 48 hour payment processing period does not apply to watches. We will confirm the expected timeframe after receipt. For Consignment, Luxury Reborn markets and sells your approved item on your behalf, then processes your agreed payout after the completed sale and buyer return period.
GET YOUR FREE QUOTE
To help us prepare an accurate quote, provide the brand, model/style, size, colour and current condition. Describe any odour, wear and tear, damage, restoration, recolouring, repairs, alterations or replacement parts. Include the year or approximate age and original inclusions, if known. Tell us if you are unsure of a detail rather than guessing.
Upload the required photos. We’ll review your item and offer Instant Payout, Consignment or both, where suitable.
Selling Options
Luxury Reborn offers both Consignment and Instant Payout. With Consignment, we market and sell your item on your behalf. With Instant Payout, we buy your item directly for an individually assessed net offer. Submit once; we will confirm whether one or both options suit your item.
With Consignment, your payout is the final selling price less the agreed fees. Instant Payout is our offer to buy your item directly. Your personalised quote explains the available options and how much you would receive before you decide.
Best for a faster, direct sale.
Watch approval and payment timing is confirmed individually after all required inspection, authentication and specialist checks are complete. The usual 24 to 48 hour payment processing period does not apply to watches. We will confirm the expected timeframe after receipt.
Best for a potential higher return.
Consign with Luxury Reborn and let us handle the photography, product listing, advertising and buyer enquiries. Your approved piece is showcased on our website to buyers browsing secondhand luxury across Australia, helping people looking for your brand, model or style discover it.
Marketing is included in our consignment service, with no separate advertising charge. You don’t need to create listings, organise promotion or manage buyer messages. We handle the selling process for you.
Your Consignment Payout
Your payout depends on the agreed final sale price. These standard rates apply to new or revised Consignment Agreements from the effective date in our Terms and Conditions. All amounts below are in Australian dollars.
Consignment selling prices are agreed in whole Australian dollars, with no cents. Consignment is available only when the expected final sale price is at least $350. From $350 to $750 inclusive, Luxury Reborn deducts a flat $150 fee and you receive the rest of the sale price. An existing consignment remains governed by its signed item-specific agreement unless Luxury Reborn and the seller agree to a written revision. Instant Payout does not use a fixed percentage; your quote provides one direct net offer.
If your item sells for A$5,000 under the standard 90% tier, Luxury Reborn's fee is A$500 and your payout is A$4,500 before any separate agreement costs.
This is an illustration of the fee calculation, not a valuation or promised sale price for your Rolex. Instant Payout is a separate net offer based on your exact item.

Pieces We Assess
Datejust, Submariner, GMT-Master II, Daytona, Explorer, Oyster Perpetual, Sky-Dweller and Yacht-Master.
Examples are for identification only and do not guarantee acceptance or value.
To provide a quote, we need clear photos of the front, back, interior (where applicable), serial number/date code or other identifying details (where present), and any wear and tear. Include close-ups of marks, damage and repairs. If an identifying detail is missing or unreadable, tell us in your submission.
Provide the reference and case size if known, and clear photographs of the dial, bezel, case, bracelet and clasp. Include spare links, box, papers and service records where available. Tell us about timekeeping concerns, polishing, repairs or replacement components.
Show the dial and bezel straight-on, then the case, crown, bracelet and clasp from several angles. Disclose visible damage, water exposure concerns and any changed parts. Photograph identifying details only where safely accessible; do not open the watch or remove components for the quote.
Include the exact reference if you have it and explain any known service or repair history. Show the case and controls, dial, bracelet and clasp clearly. Box and papers are useful supporting details, but they do not replace physical inspection or establish authenticity on their own.
Not sure of the model? Share what you know, approximate measurements and clear photographs. Please do not remove labels, stickers or fittings to find identifying details.
A More Accurate Quote
Reference, dial, case, bracelet, crystal, movement and timekeeping, service history, spare links, box and papers, condition and current demand influence the quote.

Seller FAQs
Practical answers for watches sellers.
Advertised prices are asking prices, so they do not always reflect a completed sale or the amount a seller receives. We assess the model, condition, original inclusions and current resale evidence for your item. Your quote explains the available selling options, agreed fees and amount you would receive before you decide.

Luxury Reborn considers selected Rolex watches across recognised professional and classic collections. The exact reference, configuration, condition, documentation, likely resale value and current Australian demand determine suitability.
Provide the reference and serial details where safely accessible, case size, metal, dial, bezel and bracelet configuration, plus the number of spare links. Do not remove components or open the case to obtain information.
Bracelet stretch, case and lug shape, polishing, crystal, crown, bezel, dial, timekeeping and service history can be relevant. Disclose all known repairs, replaced parts and service work, and include records where available.
A physical review may be needed to examine construction, movement, reference consistency and condition before acceptance or an Instant Payout is approved. Complex, vintage, higher value or inconclusive watches can require additional time.
Submit your item once and review the available option or options before deciding.
