If you choose to ship to a business, please provide the company name and contact phone number.

*Please note that we only deliver to residential and commercial addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Free shipping within Australia. All other countries will be AUD$65 flat fee.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT TAX)

International buyers are responsible for custom duties, import taxes and any other fees imposed by the destination country. Please note that all items will be declared at full purchase price when shipped outside of Australia. This is to ensure that your item is fully insured during transit.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS/ORDER CHANGES

Please note that we are not able to make any changes to the shipment once the tracking number has been created. Please make sure to check your address before checkout. Buyers making their purchases via Paypal, kindly make sure that the address that you have provided during checkout corresponds to your Paypal primary address. If your Paypal address and the address that you have provided during checkout are different, this may cause delays in shipping your item out.

COMBINING ORDERS

Please contact us before you make the purchase for a combined shipping, so that we can provide you with a revised quote.
International: Unfortunately, we are not able to combine international orders as each item requires a separate custom declaration.

 

RETURNS

WE ACCEPT RETURNS*

  • Our Luxury Reborn tag must remain intact and not be tampered with
  • Item must be in the exact condition it was received and not been used
  • Item should not have missing accessories e.g. box, card, dust bag etc
  • You will notify us via email within the respective time frame

Australia: You must make a claim for a refund within three 3 days of delivery of the luxury item(s)
International: You must make a claim for a refund within two 2 days of delivery of the luxury item(s)

*Please note that returns are not accepted for the following:

items on promotion, homeware and all accessories except wallets

RETURN SHIPPING

  • It is your responsibility to bear the cost and risk of returning the item(s)
  • Item should be packaged in the exact or similar way it was received
  • Shipping should include insurance, tracking number and signature on delivery
  • Luxury Reborn will not be responsible for lost returns

ITEMS PURCHASED ON PAYMENT PLAN

We will refund all amount less AUD$500. It applies to both cancellations prior to shipping as well as items returned after purchase.

FEES

For any Paypal cancelled or return orders, Paypal fees will be retained as Paypal does not refund fees. Refunds will not include any original domestic or international shipping costs, including customs and taxes.

Returned items not received in their original state or fulfil any of our refund requirements will automatically be returned to the customer. If so, any shipping costs involved will be the responsibility of the customer for both domestic and international customers.
