You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
The delivery time frame for most of our items within Australia can take 1-2 business days. Please note some items can take up to 7 business days or more. All other countries, it can take up to 14 business days.
All items will be fully insured with tracking number and signature on delivery.
DOMESTIC
Free shipping within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL
All other countries will incur a AUD$75 flat fee.
International buyers are responsible for custom duties, import taxes and any other fees imposed by the destination country.
Please note that we are not able to make any changes to the shipment once the tracking number has been created. Please make sure to check your address before checkout. Buyers making their purchases via Paypal, kindly make sure that the address that you have provided during checkout corresponds to your Paypal primary address. If your Paypal address and the address that you have provided during checkout are different, this may cause delays in shipping your item out.
Australia: You must make a claim for a refund within three 3 days of delivery of the luxury item(s).
International: You must make a claim for a refund within two 2 days of delivery of the luxury item(s).
*Please note that returns are not accepted for the following:
items on promotion, homeware and all accessories except wallets
Returned items not received in their original state or fulfil any of our refund requirements will automatically be returned to the customer. If so, any shipping costs involved will be the responsibility of the customer for both domestic and international customers.
5% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
To facilitate returns, We charge a 5% fee that’s non-refundable on the final price of the item or a fixed price of $150 AUD, whichever is higher. This fee accounts for storage, admin work, processing, restocking, and handling tasks.
PAYMENT METHOD FEES
If an order is cancelled or returned and was paid for using PayPal or another payment gateway, the fees associated with that payment method will not be refunded as PayPal or other payment gateways do not offer fee refunds. These fees will be retained by Luxury Reborn.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENT
For domestic orders, the refund will not include any shipping costs incurred by Luxury Reborn. This encompasses expenses for both the initial shipment to the buyer and the return of the item to us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
For international orders, the refund will not include any costs incurred by Luxury Reborn. This encompasses expenses for both the initial shipment to the buyer and the return of the item to us. Additionally, custom duties, import taxes, or any other fees imposed by the destination country incurred to the buyer, will not be refunded by Luxury Reborn.
We will refund all amount less the deposit fee to cover our storage, administrative and processing costs. It applies to both cancellations prior to shipping as well as items returned after purchase.
