01 Are all Luxury Reborn items authentic?
Yes. Every item sold by Luxury Reborn is assessed before it is listed and is backed by the Luxury Reborn Authenticity Guarantee. Where a third party authentication service completes authentication, the exact listing identifies the recorded service. Any supplied certificate of authenticity or verification record appears in Inclusions.
02 How do you authenticate luxury handbags?
We assess brand specific details including craftsmanship, materials, stitching, hardware, serial numbers, date codes, microchips and other identifying features where applicable. When a third party authentication service completes authentication, the exact listing identifies the recorded service and Inclusions states whether a certificate of authenticity or verification record is supplied.
03 Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Afterpay and Klarna may appear where Luxury Reborn offers them for the order, with customer approval and available spend decided by the provider. The item-specific Luxury Reborn Payment Plan uses a 20% bank transfer deposit, subject to its terms.
04 Do you ship Australia wide and internationally?
Free tracked shipping Australia wide is included for buyer orders, including metro, regional and remote addresses where the carrier provides service. Tracking is included and a signature is requested. Choose a secure delivery address and follow the tracking closely. Optional shipping cover is shown at checkout where available. Selected international delivery may be available; eligibility, cost, estimated transit time and customs obligations must be shown or confirmed for the order.
05 What is your returns policy?
Eligible full-price bags, wallets and selected accessories may qualify. Contact Luxury Reborn and start the return request within seven calendar days after carrier-recorded delivery. The item does not need to reach Luxury Reborn within those seven days. Watches, jewellery, shoes, ready-to-wear and items sold at a reduced price are excluded. These exclusions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. After authorisation, dispatch the item by the deadline and method in the written instructions, and keep all supplied inclusions plus any Luxury Reborn tag or seal attached and unaltered where supplied.

01 How do I sell or consign my luxury item?
Complete our online quote form and upload clear photographs and details of your item. Our team will assess the brand, model, condition, inclusions and current market demand before providing an Instant Payout offer, a consignment estimate, or both where suitable.
02 How much is my luxury item worth?
Value depends on the brand, model, condition, age, colour, material, rarity, inclusions and current resale demand. Luxury Reborn provides a complimentary, obligation free assessment based on current market information.
03 What is Instant Payout?
Instant Payout allows you to sell an eligible luxury item directly to Luxury Reborn for an agreed upfront amount. For most categories, once all required inspection and authentication are complete and the payment is finally approved, it is usually processed within 24 hours and may take up to 48 hours. Watches are not covered by this usual payment processing period. Selected jewellery may also require an individual approval and payment timeframe after specialist checks.
04 Do you buy and consign luxury items Australia wide?
Yes. Luxury Reborn works with sellers throughout Australia, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin, the Gold Coast and regional locations. Secure shipping options can be arranged for accepted items.
