These seller terms apply when you request a quote or submit an item to Luxury Reborn.

• Your request is reviewed individually and may result in Instant Payout, Consignment, both options or no available option.
• Luxury Reborn accepts sellers only from Australia and New Zealand, with its main focus on Australian sellers. Eligible items may be considered for Instant Payout, Consignment or both options. Sellers from every other country are not accepted. Wait for a written quote and shipping instructions before sending an item.
• Consignment is available only when the expected final sale price is at least AUD $350. From AUD $350 to AUD $750 inclusive, the standard Luxury Reborn fee is AUD $150 and the seller receives the rest of the sale price.
• With Consignment, Luxury Reborn prepares, photographs, lists and markets your approved item, manages buyer enquiries and completes the sale on your behalf.
• Your agreed seller payout is processed after the completed sale and buyer return period.
• Any initial quote or estimate remains subject to receipt, inspection, authentication, condition, inclusions and current market assessment.
• You confirm that you are the lawful owner and that the information and photographs supplied are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Disclose all repairs, repainting, restoration and replacement parts. Once the item has been shipped to Luxury Reborn, received and physically inspected, we compare it with the submitted description, photographs and other information. If the inspection shows that important item information is inaccurate or omitted, we may issue an updated quote. This includes situations where the item, its condition, repairs, alterations or inclusions do not match the submission. If you accept the updated quote and the item proceeds, no AUD $25 administration fee applies. If you reject it, or Luxury Reborn decides not to proceed because of the inaccurate or omitted information, you are charged the AUD $25 administration fee, any actual inbound delivery paid by Luxury Reborn, actual return delivery and any selected return shipping cover.
• The standard non-authentic fee is AUD $150 including GST. The fee is AUD $250 including GST for all watches and selected Hermès items. It includes assessment, administration and standard domestic return delivery with tracking, for which a signature is requested. Optional return shipping cover is extra.
• For a New Zealand seller, the fixed fee includes standard return delivery within Australia only. You pay the actual return delivery to New Zealand, selected shipping cover and any applicable customs, duties or refused delivery costs.
• If the exact fee cannot be classified from the details entered, the free quote request may still be submitted. Luxury Reborn will manually classify the item and require a fresh acknowledgement of the exact fee before asking you to send it.
• If corrected item details change the fee tier, Luxury Reborn must confirm the revised exact fee and obtain fresh written acknowledgement before shipment or proceeding.
• An unable-to-verify or inconclusive result is not a non-authentic finding. For that result, or a commercial decline where the item accurately matched the submission, no fee applies. Luxury Reborn contributes the actual standard domestic return cost up to AUD $40; this is not a credit. You pay any excess and selected return shipping cover.
• If you withdraw after sending the item, you pay actual return delivery and selected return shipping cover.
• You may request one narrow seller-cost review within seven calendar days of the written result where there is a clear administrative error or genuinely new, credible, item-specific evidence concerning the exact unchanged item.
• Where a seller amount is due, itemised charges are payable by bank transfer within seven calendar days of the written invoice. Return dispatch is arranged after cleared funds, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• An item is not automatically confiscated or destroyed. These terms do not limit rights under Australian law.
