Direct bank transfer has no payment processing deduction. Before dispatch, no delivery, return delivery, AUD $50 handling and reinspection or reassessment by an authentication service applies. Payment plan cancellations follow their separate terms. If Luxury Reborn cancels or cannot fulfil the order, the amount paid is refunded in full and no buyer cancellation charge applies.

A 20% deposit secures the item by bank transfer only. The remaining balance is paid within eight weeks, followed by a fixed two week grace period, and the item ships after full payment. A buyer cancellation before delivery receives all plan payments less a termination charge limited to documented reasonable costs, capped at the lesser of AUD $100 or 5% of the item price. After delivery, an eligible change of mind return uses one handling and reinspection charge equal to the lesser of AUD $100 or 5% of that item’s price, instead of the standard AUD $50 charge. The two pathway charges are not combined, and the full deposit is not forfeited.

The actual cost of delivering the item to you, any return delivery cost and any return-specific reassessment by an authentication service that is reasonably required and performed are also deducted. If a card or other payment service keeps its original processing charge when the transaction is refunded, only the exact amount the service does not return to Luxury Reborn is deducted. Luxury Reborn does not retain that amount. Direct bank transfer has no payment processing deduction. Any separately purchased optional shipping cover fee is not refunded once the covered delivery to you has been completed. These deductions apply only to an approved voluntary change of mind return. Your legal rights are not affected.
